Bad code

BEGIN

WITH ServiceContractHeader DO BEGIN
...
DimMgt.InsertServContractDim(...,"Contract Type","Contract No.",0,...);
END;

Good code

PROCEDURE InsertData@1(ContractType@1000 : Option...);
...
BEGIN
...
WITH ServiceContractHeader DO BEGIN
...
DimMgt.InsertServContractDim(...,ContractType,"Contract No.",0,...);
END;
