do not exist on the current DimensionManagement codeunit Verified against microsoft/BCApps: the real master-table validation procedure is ValidateDimValueCode (or ValidateShortcutDimValues when a DimSetID is also needed), and the real document-side inheritance procedure is GetDefaultDimID, not CreateDim.
