style-review: fix example id to match references[0].path (existing file)

The example finding's id pointed to a non-existent knowledge file
(apply-approved-label-suffixes.md) while references[0].path pointed to the
real file (label-suffix-approved-list.md), violating the DO contract rule
that id MUST equal references[0].path. Align id to the existing file.
