## Description
`if` and `else` statements should be on separate lines. 

## Bad code

```al
    if Atom = '\>' then HasLogicalOperator := TRUE else begin
    ...
    end;
```

## Good code

```al
    if Atom = '\>' then
        HasLogicalOperator := true
    else begin
        ...
    end;
```
