The number of parameters passed to a string must match the placeholders.

Bad code

    CannotDeleteLineErr@1005 : TextConst 'ENU=You cannot delete this line because one or more rating values exists.';

    ERROR(CannotDeleteLineErr,TABLECAPTION);

Good code

    CannotDeleteLineErr@1005 : TextConst 'ENU=You cannot delete this line because one or more rating values exists.';
    ...
    ERROR(CannotDeleteLineErr);
