+## Description
+`else` should not be used when the last action in the `then` part is an `exit`, `break`, `skip`, `quite`, `error`. 
+
+## Bad code
+

+            Error(AdjmtBinCodeChangeNotAllowedErr,...)
+        else
+            Error(BinCodeChangeNotAllowedErr,...);
